About this share class
Classes V1, V1H and V2H are Deferred Sales Charge (DSC) Share Classes which apply an exit charge on Shares redeemed during a specific holding period. The holding period (Holding Period) is the period commencing on the expiry of the initial offer period (IOP) of the relevant Shares and ending on the third anniversary of the end of the IOP.
Singapore investors may not request any conversion / switching of Shares in the DSC Share Classes (i.e., Classes V1, V1H and V2H) during the Holding Period. However, on the third anniversary of the end of the IOP, Shares in the DSC Share Classes will automatically switch for Shares of the corresponding Classes Bx and BxH respectively in the same currency without charge.
The IOP will run from 18 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) but it may be shortened if the predefined capacity is reached earlier or extended, as determined by the management company.
The DSC Share Classes are available through our retail distribution channel. Please refer to the relevant offering documents, including the Prospectus, Singapore Prospectus and Product Highlights Sheet of the corresponding fund under the "Individual Investors" for further details.
